Our return policy is 7 days. You need to notify us of any defect within 7 days after delivery, else we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement.
All Sun King Solar lamp, and other Sun King products come with 2 years and 1-year warrantee respectively. Outdoor Solar lights, PV system components, and other items comes with a 1-year warrantee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require the warrantee card shipped with all sun king products and receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase for Non-Sun King products
We do not offer refund on any Sun King Products. Any defective product should be returned to us, which will be sent to the company to be inspected and rectified. A replacement will be offered only where the defect cannot be corrected. The inspection, repair or replacement takes 10 work days after receipt of the product.
For Non-Sun King products, there are certain situations where only partial refunds may be considered (if applicable). Items with obvious signs of use, packaging that have been opened, item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within 10 work days.
If you don’t receive a refund after the stipulated days, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve contacted your bank and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over N10,000, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items are subject to a 5% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
